for me, who haven’t been doing much exercise or moves (only sitting in front of pc days and nights) - 4 hours dance practice was T I R I N G .
just a few times of breaks; discussing on the clothings and some possible formations.
and i think i just lose one size. :)) (tipu gile) haha, and it’s just one day.
there’s another 3 times of meeting . and i guess i would be ready to teach the americans !
looking at how much 4 hours practice have done to me; the practice in us would make me even slimmer ! ![]()
